Rund Partnership opens new Birmingham office

We are excited to announce our new Midlands office, in the heart of Birmingham city centre, is now open. Through the growth of Rund Partnership, which has seen an increase in our resource base to over 70 members of staff, an expansion of our services and a growth in our project portfolio, now is the perfect time to increase our geographical presence.

Situated at 55 Colmore Row our new office is within a beautiful historic building, located directly opposite St. Philip’s Cathedral and close to the regional office of the RICS.

Home to over 10 million people and 800,000 large and small businesses, the Midlands has huge potential. This potential, coupled with the opportunity for our surveying and construction consultancy services to be utilised by clients in the region, provides a great platform to achieve our strategic ambition to expand our business, continue to employ more great people and build on our highly regarded reputation within the property and construction industry.

The cities, towns and landscapes of the Midlands boast unique and diverse identities, in a region rich in heritage. As a business we support The Midlands Engine and their drive to promote the region as a great place to live, visit, learn and work. We very much hope to work with the coalition of councils, combined authorities, local enterprise partnerships, universities and businesses across the region that are behind The Midlands Engine. We are already working with registered housing providers and developers, unlocking housing opportunities to boost the supply of new homes in the region. We also look forward to bringing the knowledge of our staff, some of whom have worked on some of the country’s most significant historical buildings such as Westminster Abbey and the Royal Albert Hall, to help clients preserve and develop the cultural and tourism assets of the Midlands.

The Directors of Rund Partnership are extremely proud of the company’s achievements over recent years and would like to thank everyone for their support and commitment to the company. We look forward to the exciting times ahead as we develop our presence in Birmingham and across the Midlands.
