Rund has been commissioned by Abri to provide Joint Venture Monitoring services on a major residential development on the outskirts of Weymouth, Dorset.
Abri and Lovell, part of the Morgan Sindall Group, have signed a joint venture agreement on the multi-million-pound project, involving the creation of 500 homes – 175 of which will be affordable. The homes will be built alongside a school, care home, local centre, commercial and employment space.
The Solution
The substantial joint venture project will benefit from multiple areas of expertise and resources contributed by two well-established organisations. Our role as Joint Venture Supervisor will involve assisting Abri with the successful delivery of the project.
The project with Lovell forms part of Abri’s wider business plan to deliver at least 10,000 new homes in the next 10 years.
