Tolworth Tower, Kingston-upon-Thames

Meadow Residential has engaged the services of Rund Partnership as Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer in relation to the redevelopment of the existing Tolworth Tower in the Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames.

The existing tower, built in 1964, is a landmark modernist building flanking the A3 on the approach to London, and its monumental presence has established it as a gateway to the capital.

This project involves the refurbishment of the iconic 23-storey tower and conversion from office use to provide 261 build to rent apartments, residents’ amenity space (including a gym, residents’ lounge and cinema room), flexible office space and retails kiosks.
