Rund Partnership has been appointed as Clerk of Works by Peabody to convert Times House, London Dock to provide a mix of social and affordable rented family homes.

The 15-acre London Dock site will be transformed by St George into a mixed-use development incorporating new homes, offices, restaurants and shops. 486 of the 1,800 new homes will be affordable, with 274 affordable and social rented homes and 212 homes for first-time buyers. Over half the development will be open space including six acres of public realm with two new squares, market gardens and a 375 metre promenade.
