Rund Partnership Limited has been appointed as Employer’s Agent to act on behalf of One Housing Group in overseeing the refurbishment of a locally listed building and a new build residential development, located within the St Ann’s Conservation Area.
The development of new 2 x four-storey apartment buildings, 5 x new 4 bedroom houses and the sensitive conversion of the locally listed police station will provide 32 new high quality homes and associated vehicular / pedestrian accesses and car parking.

We have chaired regular meetings with the design team in order to meet the client’s aspirations for the planning submission and tender issue dates, whilst ensuring that a high-quality scheme is developed as appropriate to the conservation area setting.

Rund’s in-house quantity surveyors have prepared the build cost estimates, whilst we also co-ordinated the due diligence process prior to acquisition of the site.
