Rund Partnership was appointed as Employer’s Agent and Clerk of Works to act on behalf of A2Dominion in overseeing this new build residential development.

The development is for 2 x 2-storey apartment buildings, comprising 13 x 1-bedroom and 20 x 2-bedroom apartments, as well as 6 x 3-bedroom houses and associated vehicular / pedestrian access and car parking.

The works have been produced on the basis of a Development Agreement with the developer, Bellway Homes.

We have added value by reviewing the proposed specification and drawings at the pre-construction stage to identify potential improvements in the design and specifcation in order to comply with the Employer’s Requirements.

In addition, the proposed Contract Sum Analysis has been reviewed by our in-house Chartered Quantity Surveyor to ensure value for money and the Development Agreement reviewed to achieve an agreement that is fair and balanced.
