The second phase of this development forms part of a £90 million partnership deal with Clarion Housing Group and the developer, London Square, to deliver 100 percent affordable housing on two sites, including this site and a further site in Neasden, London.
The 0.43-acre site for the second phase at Charter Square is a former office block where 104 shared ownership homes will be developed. The commercial space, with a gross internal area of 4,000 sq ft, has been retained by London Square Works, the developer’s commercial arm.
London Square is delivering a £120m regeneration scheme on an adjoining site, with a new public piazza, gardens, playground, new retail units, new homes for private sale, a gym and co-working spaces.
