By utilising under-used land, two sites on Ashmole Estate are being developed, namely Ebbisham Drive and Meadow Road. Both schemes are designed to be highly respectful of the character of the local area, yet contemporary in their use of proportion, materials and detailing.
At Ebbisham Drive, the site being brought back into use was previously occupied by garages and is being transformed to provide a mix of 15 flats, duplexes and houses, all for affordable rent.
On Meadow Road, the site is revitalising the current tenants’ hall, and providing local residents and the wider community with a new community space in a newly landscaped area. To help address the housing shortage, flats are being built over this new community space
