Network Homes appoints Rund onto Employer’s Agent and Principal Designer framework

Rund Partnership has successfully been appointed onto a new framework for Network Homes, providing our Employer’s Agent and Principal Designer services.

Network Homes is one of the UK’s leading housing associations with over 40 years’ experience developing award-winning homes. The company owns and manages over 20,000 homes across London, Hertfordshire, and the South East. It develops homes for a range of tenders including social, affordable and intermediate rents, shared ownership, and London Living Rent.

Rund’s appointment will help Network Homes work towards an ambitious target of delivering over 2,800 new homes by 2023 within London and Hertfordshire through land, S106 opportunities and package deals.

David Drew, Associate Director at Rund Partnership said: “Network Homes has been a valued client at Rund for the past eight years, so we are delighted to be appointed onto their framework. We have worked closely with Network Homes on multiple projects this year including Thrayle House, The Madison and Rectory Park, so look forward to helping them deliver even more high-quality, affordable homes through this framework.”
